Clinical Sales Manager
Intuitive
• Build and develop the clinical field sales team within the region. • Manage and direct the clinical utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System within the installed base. • Manage installations, training, and utilization growth. • Recruit, train, develop and lead a Clinical sales team within assigned territory. • Collaborate closely with Capital, Sales Support and Enabling Functions.
Job Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent in life science or business discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5 or more years in medical device sales.
- Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
- Results oriented with a proven track record.
- Proven experience in developing and training a sales role in the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
