Position – Inside Sales Supervisor Location - Johns Creek, GA (Hybrid) Reports to - Inside Sales Manager Position Summary: The Inside Sales Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the inside sales representatives that support the commercial and residential sales divisions. The Inside Sales team aids the commercial and residential sales division through multiple channels of support throughout the construction sales cycle. The supervisor maintains the daily workload to ensure required service and quality levels are attained. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develops, motivates, evaluates and coaches staff on work procedures, chat, accurate lead qualification and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service. - Maintains a visible presence and is available to staff to answer questions, monitor calls and give ongoing feedback. - Monitors performance expectations by preparing regular performance evaluations for all direct reports. - Assists management with daily operations including lead management, Salesforce/pipeline cleanup, chat troubleshooting, chat scheduling, etc. - Assists in planning and conducting training sessions. - Acts as liaison between staff and other areas, including management, communicating workflow results, ideas, and solutions. - Display the highest level of verbal and written communication to customers. - Conduct monthly reports and provide ongoing recommendations/solutions to improve professionalism and customer service. - Assisting in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets to meet company goals - Collaborate with other departments to create unified company voice - Responsible for the escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and effective manner. - Aid the Inside Sales Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team. - Assists with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet business needs. - - REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES - The Inside Sales Supervisor requires sales/operations/customer service experience in building materials, as well as a strong commitment to leadership in order to meet deadlines and maintain sales support standards. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team. - Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed. - Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritize and delegate, problem solve and multi-task as necessary to meet and exceed client requests in a fast-paced environment. - Must be technically comfortable with CRM systems. - EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE - 2 year degree and or equivalent amount of experience - 4 year college degree is preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in an inside sales role in addition to a demonstrated experience in a supervisory, team lead or training role. - Building/Construction industry experience is a plus. - Manufacturing experience is a preferred. - -
