• Prospect and engage target accounts via calls, email, and social outreach • Qualify prospects and set meetings for AEs with clear notes and next steps • Run follow-ups and nurture early-stage leads • Maintain accurate Salesforce activity, notes, and pipeline tracking • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on messaging tests and feedback loops • Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or outbound-focused sales experience
- Comfortable cold calling and writing outbound emails
- Track record meeting goals/targets in a quota-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Salesforce experience (or similar CRM)

The OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $400,508 - $494,500. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
