SAP HR Consultant – Mid (HCM, SuccessFactors)

TOPMIND

• Work on strategic projects, 100% remote, for a consultancy specialized in SAP serving large national and international clients. • Propose, implement, and evolve solutions with autonomy and support from a senior team. • Participate in SAP HR (HCM and/or SuccessFactors) implementation, enhancement, and support projects. • Gather requirements from HR business areas and translate them into SAP solutions. • Configure, test, and document payroll, personnel administration, and/or talent management processes. • Perform fixes, improvements, and 2nd/3rd-line support. • Take part in rollouts, migrations, and integrations with other modules/systems. • Support training and handover to the client's internal teams. • Contribute to best practices and process standardization within the consultancy.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Mid-level SAP HR Consultant (HCM and/or SuccessFactors).
  • Experience configuring HR modules (payroll, personnel administration, time management, benefits, and/or talent).
  • Experience in SAP HR implementation, improvement, or rollout projects.
  • Ability to conduct requirements gathering and design HR processes.
  • English for technical reading and participation in meetings when required.
  • Availability to work as a contractor (PJ) and 100% remotely.
  • SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Previous experience in SAP consultancies or global projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations (PI/PO, CPI, APIs) and other modules (FI, CO, MM).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in SAP projects.
