Role Description The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. • Responsible for analysis, build, and configuration of SAP • Work closely with architects, developers, and client to meet requirements • Maintain, enhance, and develop SAP modules • Develop functional solution and application design, and detailed documentation

• Provide functional and technical support and maintenance for the SAP systems used by the Management and Finance Directorate, ensuring operational continuity of critical processes. • Maintain and evolve processes related to: tax, accounting and financial closings; billing, indirect taxes and ancillary obligations. • Integrations with satellite systems and tax solutions. • Manage incidents, requests and improvements in collaboration with business areas, vendors and specialized consultancies. • Support and execute strategic projects, with emphasis on: Tax Reform, Taxbra, CNPJ and other legislation. • Lead preparation and transition initiatives for SAP S/4HANA. • Work closely with external consultancies to ensure technical alignment, governance and knowledge transfer. • Operate in DEV, QAS and PRD environments, complying with change management, governance and IT compliance processes. • Contribute to documentation of processes, solutions and technical decisions, strengthening the internal knowledge base. • Proactively identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Work: The SAP FICO / Funds Management Consultant is responsible for analysis, build and configuration of SAP to meet business process and application requirements related to the client's business process(es). This resource will work closely with architects, developers, technical services teams, and the client to perform job functions and responsibilities and/or activities, minding integration between activities and other sub-teams to ensure efficiency.
