Senior SAP HR Consultant – HCM, SuccessFactors

TOPMIND

• Lead projects and enhancements in SAP HR (HCM / SuccessFactors). • Elicit requirements from HR business areas and translate them into SAP solutions. • Configure, parameterize and test SAP HR modules. • Work on fixes, continuous improvements and provide senior-level support. • Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for key users. • Document processes, configurations and best practices. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams in a remote environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven senior experience as an SAP HR Consultant (HCM and/or SuccessFactors).
  • Experience in implementation projects, rollouts or evolutionary improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (payroll, personnel administration, organizational management, time management, benefits, etc.).
  • Ability to lead meetings with the business and translate needs into functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in English for reading, writing and participating in meetings.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely on a contractor (PJ) basis.
  • SAP certifications (HCM, SuccessFactors or related).
  • Experience in global projects or multi-country environments.
  • Prior experience at SAP consultancies or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with other modules/systems.
  • Consultative mindset, business focus and product-oriented vision for HR solutions.
