Responsibilities - Leadership and Strategy: Lead Insider Threat operations in alignment with key stakeholders, Microsoft policy, and evolve, lead, and coordinate comprehensive insider risk management strategy that aligns with Microsoft's overall security objectives. - Collaboration & Program Management: Partner across multiple disciplines, including Insider Threat Operations, Microsoft Counterintelligence Program, Tip of the Spear, Cyber Defense Ops, HR, CELA, and Privacy teams. Proactively coordinate, develop, and deliver leadership reporting in assigned area of responsibility. - Guide and coach project teams to define success criteria, driving collaboration and ensuring alignment on outcomes, objectives, and roadmap. - Incident Response: Coordinate Incident Response for potential insider threat alerts. Collaborate with relevant owners to ensure comprehensive and effective response and follow-up activities. Partner with Insider Risk Fusion Center to share information and coordinate response in multifaceted threats. - Training and Awareness: Provide input to corporate education programs, training, and/or standards to raise awareness of insider risks and promote a culture of security within the organization. Support requests for customer-facing training or educational engagements related to Microsoft Insider Risk Program. - Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of Insider Threat activities. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status and key metrics in areas of responsibility. Establish and manage Objectives and Key Results for areas of responsibility. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications - Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Other Requirements - Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
