• Manages the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process for multiple entities across the organization. • Reviews account activity, identifies reconciliation variances, and ensures timely resolution. • Maintains familiarity with account classifications to properly analyze and document reconciliation items. • Supports quarterly reviews and annual audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. • Collaborates with Site Liaisons, site CFOs, and module owners in the LBS Technical Accounting team to ensure accurate and supported balances. • Observes and enforces internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. • Performs account analysis to identify trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities. • Researches and applies new accounting standards and assists in evaluating their organizational impact. • Provides training and guidance to junior accounting staff. • Assists with special projects and other duties as needed to support the HSC Accounting department. • Maintains regular and reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned.

• Assist with month-end close procedures, including monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts, and preparation of journal entries in compliance with US GAAP. • Maintain and monitor the Company’s general ledger (GL) and be responsible for obtaining supporting documentation for the GL activities, with a focus on revenue recognition. • Collaborate with Billing & Collections teams on customer invoicing and payment issues. • Prepare fluctuation analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods for management reporting. • Assist the Accounting Manager in establishing validation procedures to support both internal and external monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements. • Assist in preparing for financial audits and responses to queries from external auditors. • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring adherence to company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Document accounting policies, procedures, and technical accounting analyses as required. • Interact with various levels of staff and management across Accounting as well as other departments to obtain information, resolve issues and provide support on ad hoc projects, as needed.

• Execute full-cycle accounting and tax preparation for sophisticated group structures, including interconnected family trusts, companies, and high-net-worth individuals. • Analyze and reconcile inter-entity loans and movements of funds across complex groups to ensure absolute accuracy in tax positioning. • Prepare tax returns and financial statements while staying ahead of strict Australian statutory deadlines and quarterly reconciliation cycles. • Identify anomalies in client data and proactively resolve them; you are expected to look "beyond the numbers" to understand the business logic. • Utilize MYOB (primary), Xero, BGL, and QuickBooks to maintain clean, efficient, and audit-ready files. • Continuously improve back-office workflows to ensure maximum efficiency in the production cycle.

• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations • Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity • Account for complex financial instruments (including investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, and warrants) in accordance with US GAAP, including classification, measurement, and ongoing monitoring • Perform entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare detailed variance reports (horizontal and vertical) for subsidiaries • Support preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain audit-ready workpapers and support external audits and regulatory reporting, including U.S. state filings related to money transmitter licenses • Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems, including maintaining rollforward schedules • Document accounting treatment for digital asset transactions and support ongoing policy development • Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives, including AI-driven reconciliation and reporting enhancements
