• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the engagement. Conduct PoC, workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on GPU cloud technologies and best practices. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solution architecture that align with their needs: design and document Infrastructure as code solutions, documentation and technical how-tos in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers. • Help customers to optimize pipeline performance and scalability to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources and services powered by Nebius AI. • Act as a single point of expertise of customer scenarios for product, technical support, marketing teams. • Assist to Marketing department efforts during events (Hackathons, conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 + years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system/network engineer, developer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud computing
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, skills of writing code in Python
- Solid understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (e.g. CUDA, OpenCL)
- Excellent communication skills

Our Solution Engineering organization is seeking a Sr. RVP of Solution Engineering to lead a high-caliber pre-sales team focused on driving expansion within our premier Retail and Consumer Goods accounts. In this role, you will act as a second-line leader, managing a team of SE Managers and partnering with Sales leadership to navigate complex RCG sales cycles. You will lead a team that translates technical capabilities into value-based retail scenarios using demonstrations, POCs, and pilots to accelerate revenue and consumption. Reporting to the VP, Solution Engineering, you will play a hands-on role in building a team of sales engineers and owning the revenue and consumption responsibilities for the group. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO: - Build and lead a team of sales engineers and SE managers who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts for global retailers and CPG brands. - Coordinate cross-functional dotted line resources to achieve team goals while ensuring technical alignment with regional retail requirements. - Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota and consumption targets by ensuring our platform becomes the backbone of the customer’s retail tech stack. - Provide guidance to revenue leaders on sales strategy and industry-specific product gaps, representing the team’s needs to executive staff regarding market trends like retail media networks and sustainable supply chains. - Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services to ensure the roadmap addresses the unique latency and scale requirements of global commerce. - Play an active role bringing in top-tier industry talent. - Act as a player/coach working with your team on delivering compelling presentations to C-suite retail stakeholders and prospects. - Innovate and implement strategies that will uplevel your team’s skills in consultative selling and industry-specific technical architecture. ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: - 15+ years of industry experience in a sales or pre-sales capacity, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams within the Retail or CPG verticals. - Strong technical knowledge of Cloud Computing, SaaS Solutions, and the integration of diverse retail data sources like ERP, CRM, and MarTech. - Solid understanding of SQL database ecosystems and their integration with cloud platforms to support high-volume retail transactions. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders—whether on a whiteboard, through live demos, or formal presentations. - Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand complex business challenges—like holiday peak scaling or omnichannel attribution—and map them to cloud data platform solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Strong strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to manage complex deals from initial discovery to close. The estimated base salary for this role is $264,000 - $346,500. - Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
