• Operationalize Ping’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across systems, segmentation, territory design, and target account strategy • Define, implement, and scale the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) framework in partnership with Analytics, RevOps, and IS • Support the evolution from lead-based to account- and buying group–centric marketing across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., ICP refinement, MQA rollout, lead-to-ARR improvements, data governance, GTM pilots) • Act as an internal consultant to Marketing, taking on ambiguous, high-priority projects and driving them to completion • Design and optimize end-to-end marketing processes (intake → build → QA → launch → reporting) across tools like Asana and Helpdesk
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or a similar role within Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, including ICP, account-based marketing, and qualification frameworks (MQL, MQA, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Experience working with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
- The ability to navigate the organization and influence priority calls using clear, data-backed evidence.
- A knack for solving ambiguity and creating structure where the path forward isn't always clear.

Role Description As a Program Specialist, Payments Support you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to FreshBooks users. As the Payments subject matter expert in the Support Department, you will manage direct customer inquiries and technical escalations from Core Support Specialists. You will also work closely with external Partners and internal Product Development & Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. You will navigate complex challenges, driving superior customer outcomes while consistently meeting key organizational objectives and metrics. Note: This role can be worked remotely from any of the locations above. What You'll Do - Respond to, troubleshoot, and solve inbound and outbound customer support inquiries across various channels (Phone, Email, Social Media, and Chat) related to Payments. - Support other specialists by troubleshooting technical issues, usability issues, and product defects through case handoffs and real-time knowledge transfer. - Liaise with internal Product Development & Engineering departments, external vendors, and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to surface and solve customer issues. - Create, monitor, maintain, report on, and advocate for Product Defects (Bugs, SHALP) and Product Enhancements (Usability, USE) related to Payments. - Assist in leading the customer experience incident management process in real-time, from proactive containment and communication to resolution. - Partner with the Support Communications team to ensure documentation for the internal knowledge base and external Self-Service channels is accurate and assist in developing training for the CX department and new hires.
