Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist with expertise in both general mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment to join our fully virtual care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients across multiple states via telehealth (Eleanor Health will pay associated costs and provide administrative support through the application process). The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding access to care, skilled in treating co-occurring conditions, and comfortable working in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment. - Provides direct patient care through telehealth, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up. - Document all clinical interactions and interventions using traditional means as well as our AI scribe tool. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, with a focus on substance use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric needs. - Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including regional and national medical leaders, psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed therapists, and peer specialists. - Will have daily access to support from a variety of administrators, call center teams, tech support specialists, and software solutions. - Leverage a robust technology and product development team to optimize workflows, improve patient engagement, and enhance clinical effectiveness. - Participate in case conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings. - May include clinical supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in accordance with state regulations and organizational needs. - Provide telephonic call coverage targeted at 1 week/weekend per month, subject to medical team capacity and with opportunities for additional on-call coverage with additional compensation per Company policy. Qualifications - MD or DO degree and board certified/eligible in psychiatry. - Active medical license(s) in good standing; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. - Experience treating substance use disorders (e.g., medication-assisted treatment, harm reduction, relapse prevention) and co-occurring mental health conditions. We also encourage recent graduates to apply. - Completed Graduate Medical Education accredited psychiatry residency. • Serve as a subject matter expert on licensing and accreditation needed to deliver and expand Eleanor Health’s clinical care delivery into new and established markets • Build and maintain relationship with external entities, partners, auditors, surveyors, and payers • Serve as a collaborative partner with internal department leaders • Directly supervise and support the Clinical Compliance team of Analysts and Coordinators • Responsible for maintenance of job descriptions, scorecards, performance reviews, PTO, etc • Manage acquisition and maintenance of all clinic or state licenses, accreditations and certifications of the national organization, state entities, and individual clinics. • Manage audits and surveys associated with facility licensure and accreditation • Oversee training and application of licensing expectations and accreditation standards • Manage external portals and internal sources of truth • Using your healthcare compliance expertise, lead the organization in it’s awareness and understanding of federal guidelines, state regulations, and certification standards • Work alongside functional and market leaders to equip teams with actionable and accurate clinical compliance expectations • Oversee the accuracy and effectiveness of organizational policies and procedures • Partner with Sr. Director of CQCM to inform Clinical Compliance strategy and KPIs and strategy • Proactively assess and report resource barriers and/or support needed to meet internal and external timelines • Provide data-driven feedback on Eleanor’s performance • Analysis of staffing, vendors, options, implementation plans, and expectations • Oversee response all reported incidents and grievances • Oversee and lead the Medical Records function of Eleanor Health • Other responsibilities and tasks as needed and assigned

• Support compliance with state licensure requirements and CARF accreditation standards across multiple states • Assist in preparing for external audits and surveys (onsite and virtual); participate in internal mock audits • Help maintain compliance portals and internal documentation • Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's policy and procedure library • Conduct chart audits and document findings for review by compliance leadership • Support case studies and after-action reviews for critical incidents • Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects • Assist in compiling compliance data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Support compliance training efforts for Eleanor teammates as needed • Communicate findings and updates clearly to compliance leadership

• Own the full lifecycle of AI vendor relationships, from evaluation and selection through deployment, iteration, and ongoing performance management. • Lead structured vendor evaluations: coordinate demos, manage scorecards, drive to a recommendation, and own contract and integration requirements • Define clinical safety requirements for every AI deployment. • Run pilots, define success metrics, and drive go/no-go decisions with clear data • Own the strategy for deploying Claude and other AI tools internally. • Develop onboarding and training programs that help team members get real value from AI tools in their day-to-day work • Identify and prioritize high-value internal use cases: transcript analysis, call analysis, data entry automation, schedule optimization, and more • Partner with Operations, Clinical, Technology, and other key teams to identify where AI agents can automate or improve workflows that currently require manual effort. • Map current manual workflows and identify where AI agents can remove repetitive steps, reduce errors, or eliminate handoffs entirely • Build and maintain the AI product roadmap in partnership with the Director of Technology and ELT.

• Effectively manage inbound calls and provide accurate, timely resolution to non-clinical inquiries in accordance with established policies, procedures, and workflows. • Communicate clearly and professionally with community members, internal team members, and other internal and external stakeholders. • Identify, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to resolve complex member issues. • Utilize a one-call resolution approach whenever possible, collaborating with or escalating issues to Market Operations or other functional teams as needed. • Navigate and utilize multiple systems and platforms, including but not limited to G-Suite, Salesforce, Vonage, Athena, Monday, OpsHub, and related tools. • Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a remote, team-based environment. • Maintain the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. • Ensure reliable, secure internet access and maintain a secure, reasonably quiet work-from-home environment. • Complete additional administrative or operational duties as assigned.
