Job Description

Global Compliance Program Manager

Avetta

• Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives • Maintain the master GCCM roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across multiple workstreams • Partner with Global Compliance Project Managers and Regional Leads to ensure consistent execution and sequencing of initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, Supplier Support and Client-facing teams • Establish and maintain standardized program artifacts including intake tracking, timelines, status reports, and decision logs • Drive operational cadence through recurring forums, status updates, and stakeholder touchpoints (weekly, monthly, quarterly as appropriate) • Track and report on program-level KPIs including throughput, turnaround time, SLA adherence, and automation readiness • Partner with Data & Reporting resources to define metrics, validate data integrity, and support dashboard development • Support governance and escalation by surfacing risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to leadership with clear recommendations • Enable compliance automation initiatives by coordinating inputs across GCCM, Product, and Engineering teams • Ensure alignment between regulatory intent, operational execution, and system implementation timelines • Support UAT, release readiness, and rollout coordination across compliance-related initiatives • Document and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, and tooling through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and operational maturity • Champion and support initiatives that advocate our position as global supply chain safety and sustainability experts by ensuring compliance initiative aligns with industry-leading standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Program Management within a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client-facing teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with shifting priorities and dependencies
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort operating with ambiguity while building structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
  • Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and related planning tools
  • Familiarity with KPI development, operational dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Experience working with compliance, HSE, ESG, or regulated content domains is strongly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
