Lead MuleSoft Integration Architect

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. • Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects and teams. • Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineers. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define integration strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Oversee the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations. • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions. • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce governance policies. • Manage and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges. • Maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, standards, and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with strong expertise in MuleSoft.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Deep understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API governance.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
  • MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients.

What is the Role As a Consulting Architect – Observability, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers realize the value of Elastic’s Solutions. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work with enterprises to design, deliver, and scale architectures that improve application performance, infrastructure visibility, and end-user experience. What You Will Be Doing - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, outcome-driven solutions built on the Elastic Stack. - Lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements — from discovery and design through implementation, enablement, and optimization. - Partner with customers to architect, deploy, and operationalize Elastic solutions that drive measurable value and adoption. - Provide technical oversight, guidance, and enablement to customers and teammates throughout project lifecycles. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement. - Capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and solution patterns across the Elastic Services community. - Contribute to internal enablement, mentoring, and a culture of continuous learning and collaboration - Guide customers in using Elastic Agents, Beats, Logstash time-series data ingestion, stream processing, and normalization, and related technologies. - Design and implement custom dashboards, visualizations, and alerting for critical observability use cases in Kibana. - Optimize ingestion pipelines for performance, scalability, and resiliency at enterprise scale.
