• Prospect and qualify new sales leads. • Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. • Prepare, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and services. • Record and track all sales activities in the company CRM and keep account information up to date. • Communicate customer and prospect product and service pain points to relevant internal teams. • Maintain a well-developed sales pipeline. • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. • Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs and promote new products and services. • Meet or exceed sales targets. • Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to optimize the sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Outlook, Microsoft 365, web conferencing tools).
- Experience using CRM systems strongly preferred.
- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative within the technology sector.
- Strong motivation for business development focused on Cloud technologies.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, and/or Dutch (spoken and written) is a plus.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, and close. • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise retail brands across North America, with a focus on the Eastern and Central regions. • Engage with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Retail leadership.
