• Partnermanagement: Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer strategischen Partnerschaft mit Microsoft. • Aufbau und Pflege von Partner-Ökosystemen sowie Entwicklung gemeinsamer Initiativen. • Du triffst unsere Partner regelmäßig in Präsenz, pflegst persönliche Beziehungen, netzwerkst aktiv und entwickelst im direkten Austausch neue Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit. • Betreuung von Kundenreferenzen und Case Studies (Konzeption, Koordination, Veröffentlichung). • Aktive Platzierung von Themen und Erfolgsstories bei Partnern, Kunden und in der Öffentlichkeit. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Produktteams. • Verantwortung für unseren Presseverteiler und aktive Pflege von Medienkontakten. • Erstellung und Platzierung von Pressemitteilungen, Artikeln und Thought-Leadership-Beiträgen. • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategie (Social Media, Fachpresse). • Koordination externer Agenturen und Dienstleister.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Partnermanagement oder in PR/Kommunikation – vorzugsweise in der Tech-/IT-Branche.
- Ausgeprägtes Vertriebs-Mindset: Du gehst gern aktiv auf Partner zu, führst souverän Gespräche und hast Spaß daran, Themen strategisch zu platzieren.
- Starke redaktionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Verfassen und Platzieren von PR-Content.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder zu managen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
