As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring Trust & Safety duties are handled efficiently and effectively regarding fraud, abuse, legal, and compliance issues. - Enhancing and refining Trust & Safety workflows, systems, and processes effectively and efficiently. - Developing T&S policies and procedures for interactions with customers, complainants, and law enforcement agencies effectively and comprehensively. - Ensuring Support remains informed and updated on any changes to policies and procedures related to Trust & Safety. - Acting as the initial point of contact for inquiries from law enforcement agencies. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: - Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Trust & Safety related roles or other equivalent experience. - Demonstrate skills in accurately assessing the validity of reports showing customer agreement violations. - Have experience writing and maintaining policy documentation. - Have experience in collaborating with a wide variety of teams, both internal and external. - Have experience with Linux, hosting applications and services on Linux systems, DNS, and related technologies. Role Description The Strategic Programs Lead, Communications, Advocacy, and Escalations sits within the Risk Operations Enablement team and serves as a key driver of Stripe’s readiness and execution for large-scale risk and regulatory initiatives.
