A Little More About The role: The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. This role focuses on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining strong broker engagement, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory. You will: ● Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines. ● Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity. ● Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups. ● Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. ● Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes. ● Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems. ● Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products. You bring: ● 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales. ● Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred. ● Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA). ● Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. ● Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $125,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
