Senior Sales Associate
Otter
• Responsible for generating and closing leads and opportunities • Outbound Sales calls • Hubspot sales automation • Responsible for effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal customers and support teams, including client services, technical and operations. • Execute sales and offer solutions to U.S.-based customers for domestic opportunities within channels described in primary responsibilities above. • Develop close working relationships with affiliates to fully present Otter Waiver capabilities and close sales. • Develop and issue quotations and proposals, negotiating fees, terms and conditions as necessary. • Work to fully qualify all opportunities for sales to accounts in assigned channels. • Works closely with the business unit managers when responding to a request for proposal (RFP) to inform them of market conditions, pricing issues and the current competition on the program. • Makes presentations to various groups within the customer’s organization when needed. • Acts as the lead person on preparing the written proposal in response to customer’s RFP, coordinates all information from the different disciplines and arranges the formal response.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Demonstrated sales success in the professional services industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience of Hubspot or completed sales Hubspot courses
- Preferred: Experience in the outdoor industry
- Direct experience in scheduling, planning is an advantage
- Language Skills: English, Advanced required, Other language skills are a plus
- Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level required
- Persuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point, and a strong ability to sell a concept.
- Hands-on, self-driven, open-minded, results-oriented proactive team player.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Willing and able to interact with Client on a regular basis including face-to-face meetings when needed

Lead Services Specialist – Parts Sales Manager

• Partner with Account & Sales Managers to maximize penetration of outages, delivering differentiated support for key accounts, while developing a strategy to regain underserved Customers. • Meeting Orders, Sales & CM targets and growing the business in assigned territory. • Providing accurate, on time, comprehensive and competitive quotations to our Customers • Develop winning bids leveraging competitive intelligence and optimizing price & margins. • Partner with Part Fulfilment Team to drive quarterly sales convertibility, by advance releasing order when necessary • Ensure that any special requirements, terms and conditions and our ability to execute are validated with the Parts fulfillment team during the quoting process, and that any additional cost & cycle are incorporate in the GE quote. • Ensure that risk for there is adequate risk mitigation for GE proposals in compliance with Policy 5.0. • Drive proactive sales campaigns – recommended parts lists, outage kits, TIL’s • Validate resultant Customer Purchase orders for accuracy & obtain amendments in instances where orders do not match GE quotes, and ensure that the Parts fulfillment has a clear visibility to any special requirements, restrictions, Liquidated damages etc. • Provide Customers regular updates on status of open orders. • Be the focal point for the Customer to contact for any questions on Parts quotes, open orders and claims and drive resolution by pulling on the Parts fulfillment team as needed. • Establish a strong partnership with Global Fulfillment/Engineering team and Region P&L teams to ensure that Customers get high quality service
• Execute territory‑level sales activities and strengthen key customer relationships • Support the technical and commercial positioning of POLY4 and related products in the Italian market • Drive in‑market demand and support key accounts • Contribute directly to revenue delivery • Build and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline through structured customer engagement and targeted outreach • Engage distributors, retailers and growers to drive consistent POLY4 demand across B2B and B2C channels • Support the Technical Sales Manager in establishing strong relationships with downstream partners and collaborators • Identify and convert new opportunities through farm visits, conferences, trade events, and direct discussions • Prepare customer proposals, including pricing inputs, product schedules and value‑based arguments • Help identify strategic channel partners who can accelerate market access • Maintain consistent engagement with customers to build trust, brand reputation and commercial traction • Capture and communicate market insights, competitor positioning, customer needs and pricing sensitivities. • Provide accurate and consistent reporting on pipeline, sales activity, visit summaries, customer issues and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales tracking files.
