• Support the development and delivery of a global, centralised marketing function • Act as a brand ambassador for Marketing across the Commercial team and wider Anglo American Group • Ensure effective integration between Marketing, Sales and other support functions • Collect and consolidate all relevant customer information to enable segmentation and targeted POLY4 campaigns • Lead customer and key buying factor surveys, managing external agencies and insights • Monitor competitor activities, pricing structures, and commercial execution • Develop, implement and track POLY4 campaigns in assigned geographic areas • Coordinate effective execution of demos, events, pre‑launch activities, and engagements • Work with external marketing agencies on content generation and execution where relevant
• Organise and monitor all import/export shipments across the UK and France/EU. • Ensure secure, timely, and cost-effective deliveries of finished jewellery, diamonds, e-commerce orders, and packaging/VM. • Instruct carriers on appropriate customs regimes and maintain expert knowledge of Incoterms. • Support France stores with shipments to the UK Head Office. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records and trackers. • Review and process logistics invoices in SAP. • Oversee the hallmarking process in coordination with stores and carriers. • Manage customs declarations with carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of French Incoterms and customs procedures. • Ensure full regulatory compliance for jewellery, stones, and precious metals. • Act as the primary contact for customs agents and brokers. • Produce regular reports on logistics performance, costs, lead times, and issues. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in cost, sustainability, and efficiency. • Pick and pack products from stores for France e-commerce orders. • Collaborate with customer service to manage returns, after-sales queries, and tracking issues. • Conduct quality control checks on sales and returned products. • Maintain and update the e-commerce sales tracker. • Provide support cover for the Rue de la Paix Administration Manager during periods of absence, including responsibilities such as managing store communications, processing stock transfers, maintaining accurate records, coordinating deliveries, and supporting daily operational tasks.
• Execute territory‑level sales activities • Strengthen key customer relationships • Support the technical and commercial positioning of POLY4 and related products in the German market • Drive in‑market demand • Support key accounts • Contribute directly to revenue delivery • Build and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline through structured customer engagement and targeted outreach • Engage distributors, retailers and growers to drive consistent POLY4 demand across B2B and B2C channels • Support the Technical Sales Manager in establishing strong relationships with downstream partners and collaborators • Identify and convert new opportunities through farm visits, conferences, trade events, and direct discussions • Prepare customer proposals, including pricing inputs, product schedules and value‑based arguments • Develop account plans that improve customer retention and long‑term value delivery • Communicate POLY4’s agronomic and economic benefits to distributors, dealers, growers and blenders • Capture and communicate market insights, competitor positioning, customer needs and pricing sensitivities • Ensure strong communication with central marketing, technical, commercial strategy and sales operations teams. • Provide accurate and consistent reporting on pipeline, sales activity, visit summaries, customer issues and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales tracking files.
