A Day in the Life of the The Sr. Marketing Analyst is responsible for transforming complex marketing, customer, and product performance data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and identify growth opportunities. The Sr. Marketing Analyst reports to the Manager, Marketing Analytics and is expected to demonstrate advanced analytical capability, business acumen, and strong data storytelling skills. - Analyze complex, multi‑source marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. - Build advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support cross-functional insights and KPI reporting. - Support campaign optimization by evaluating channel performance, attribution paths, and customer behavior. - Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast outcomes and improve marketing ROI. - Refine and maintain customer segmentation models based on demographics, behavior, and lifecycle insights. - Partner with marketing leadership to develop data-driven targeting strategies and personalization frameworks. - Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide strategic planning. - Present analytical findings to leadership with clear recommendations aligned to business goals. - Ensure data quality, documentation, and best practices across reporting environments. - Collaborate with analytics engineers and IT teams on data infrastructure improvements. - Mentor junior analysts on analytical techniques, tools, and best practices. - Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: - 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related data-driven roles. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Experience in telecommunications or subscription-based services is a plus. - Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R preferred. - Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. - Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, segmentation, and customer journey analysis. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field a plus. • deliver insights and identify new opportunities in line with the campaigns in our current Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) Roadmap • responsible for analysing the impact of LCM initiatives on key metrics such as AOV, LTV, retention, re-order rates, compounding customer value and customer behaviour trends • optimising and informing future lifecycle strategies based on evaluating the impact they have on changing customer behaviour
• Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives • Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution). • Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns. • Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance. • Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
