A minimum 8 years of professional experience. - Have an experience in Azure infra services and automating deployments. - Have an experience working in DevOps and Data bricks. - Have some exposure to MLOPS. - Have hands on experience working with database technologies, including ETL tools including Databricks Workflows using Pyspark / Python, and an ability to learn new technologies. - Have strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases. - Skilled level expertise in design of computing or network or storage to meet business application system qualities. - Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals. - Understands concepts of setting and driving architecture direction. - Familiar with elements of gathering architecture requirements. - Understands architecture standards concepts to apply to project work. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking Vice President of Network to lead, manage, and innovate our global network infrastructure. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of network administration, ensuring the integrity, security, scalability, and efficiency of data network systems across the organization. Requirements Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Network Professional, etc.) are a plus. - Experience: - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management with a strong focus on infrastructure and IT operations projects; - Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale network systems, cloud network, and hybrid architectures. - Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex network environments. - Strong background in data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Proven success managing large-scale programs or multi-project portfolios within complex enterprise environments. - Skills: - Deep technical expertise in network technologies and systems architecture. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive change and innovation in a large, global organization. - Expertise in data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). - Proven experience with cloud network solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud network environments. - Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools for network provisioning and management. - Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, security, and operations teams. - Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational needs. • Develop technical and business solutions that enable engineers to improve the quality and reliability of product features and systems that they build. • Drive improvements to the reliability of our core infrastructure, such as production clusters, networking, databases, and observability systems. • Champion best practices during reviews of code, technical designs, and launch plans. • Own our incident management and fire drill processes. • Work with engineering leadership to set goals and prioritize production reliability.

• Design, build and maintain Kubernetes clusters on dedicated servers to support high‑throughput scraping APIs. • Develop and manage infrastructure‑as‑code using Ansible or SaltStack to provision servers, deploy services and automate routine tasks. • Deploy and tune Redpanda (or similar Kafka‑compatible streaming) clusters, Valkey caches and Elasticsearch indexes to ensure low latency and high availability. • Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics and related tools; build dashboards and respond to incidents. • Plan capacity and optimise resource utilisation across hundreds of servers; participate in scaling decisions based on traffic patterns and new features. • Collaborate with developers to design new microservices and ensure infrastructure meets performance and security requirements. • Troubleshoot complex system issues, from network bottlenecks to container runtime problems, and implement durable fixes. • Contribute to documentation, post‑mortems and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
