Field Service Engineer

TRACTIAN

• Realizar la instalación y configuración en el sitio de nuestras soluciones de software y hardware. • Diseñar alcances de proyectos y planes de instalación para nuevos despliegues. • Asesorar a los clientes sobre la arquitectura de redes de sensores y las mejores prácticas de implementación. • Tomar decisiones de forma independiente sobre enfoques de resolución de problemas e integración. • Proporcionar soporte técnico en el sitio y resolución de problemas según sea necesario. • Coordinar con equipos de producción para garantizar la entrega y configuración a tiempo de los materiales. • Coordinar y alinear el trabajo a través de múltiples sitios o regiones según sea necesario. • Capacitar a los clientes sobre el uso adecuado y el mantenimiento de los productos instalados. • Capacitar y supervisar a contratistas o técnicos junior sobre procesos de instalación. • Documentar los procesos de instalación y las interacciones con los clientes en HubSpot CRM. • Volver a visitar sitios para controles de mantenimiento de rutina y seguimientos a los clientes. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de seguridad y los estándares de instalación de la empresa. • Estudiar continuamente temas relevantes y perseguir certificaciones para progresar hacia un rol de Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico o Ingeniero de Ventas.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia sólida con instalaciones y soporte en el sitio en un entorno tecnológico.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos relevantes para nuestros productos.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar efectivamente las responsabilidades en el sitio.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para proporcionar capacitación a los clientes.
  • Dominio de la documentación técnica y software CRM.
