• Providing reliable and professional field service support to customers • Applying strong technical aptitude to instrumentation, calibration, and repair activities • Supporting customer operations through responsive, high-quality service execution • Adapting to varying industrial environments and customer site requirements • Daily travel to a diverse customer base across multiple industrial environments • Applying instrumentation knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment • Successful completion and application of apprenticeship-level instrumentation training • Performing hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and repair activities • Utilizing hand tools and electronic testing equipment to diagnose and resolve issues • Maintaining professionalism, safety compliance, and quality standards in the field

• Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and other customers via phone or digital channels • Provide commissioning support (remote or on-site) • Actively collaborate with international and local colleagues/departments to effectively resolve customer issues • Plan and coordinate the logistics to dispatch inverters for replacement and assist in the collection of inverters • Support the qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners • Accurately document all relevant case information using CRM software•Deliver training sessions to customers or internal colleagues • Continuously identify opportunities to improve products and processes in order to improve customer satisfaction and company cost-effectiveness • Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction to assist in continuous improvement of the after sales process

• Provide EV product technical support to dealer and end user service personnel • Ensure dealership management understands technician training requirements for EV product • Develop EV powertrain related technical support publications • Provide service labor time standard development support • Support EV powertrain training requests from dealers • Engage with product development on EV powertrain related projects • Perform other related job duties

• Provide routine and emergency maintenance for Astanza Laser clients. • Interact with Physicians, PA’s, NP’s, RN’s, and other healthcare practitioners on a daily basis • Perform initial quality inspection and routine maintenance of laser systems throughout the US. • Troubleshoot errors and customer issues over the phone. • Instruct doctors on the proper use of the laser systems. • Align, adjust, calibrate, and maximize complicated laser systems in a clinic environment at customers’ locations. • Teach our training courses for tattoo removal
