Job Requirements
- Experience Required: 1+ years in email marketing. If you have experience with Klaviyo, you're on the right track!
- Strategy-Driven: You can plan campaigns, flows, and segmentation that actually convert—no guesswork.
- Client-Obsessed: You genuinely care about delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Clear Communicator: You know how to get your point across fast—whether it’s over Slack, email, or a client call. Verbal and written communication is in ENGLISH!
- Data-Literate: You can look at a performance dashboard and know what needs fixing—or scaling.
- Organized AF: You’re the type who color-codes your calendar and always knows what’s next.
