• Own the Relationship: Be the main point of contact for your clients, keeping them informed, supported, and excited about results. • Manage the Workflow: Coordinate timelines, campaigns, reporting, and meetings to make sure everyone’s on track. • Lead Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to build and execute email marketing strategies that actually convert. • Track Performance: Analyze data, spot trends, and connect the dots to guide decision-making and optimize results. • Report with Purpose: Deliver regular reports and insights—not just data dumps—with clear takeaways and next steps. • Solve Problems Fast: Whether it's a client concern or an ad that’s tanking, jump in, figure it out, and keep things moving.

Job Requirements

  • Experience Required: 1+ years in email marketing. If you have experience with Klaviyo, you're on the right track!
  • Strategy-Driven: You can plan campaigns, flows, and segmentation that actually convert—no guesswork.
  • Client-Obsessed: You genuinely care about delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Clear Communicator: You know how to get your point across fast—whether it’s over Slack, email, or a client call. Verbal and written communication is in ENGLISH!
  • Data-Literate: You can look at a performance dashboard and know what needs fixing—or scaling.
  • Organized AF: You’re the type who color-codes your calendar and always knows what’s next.
