Inside Sales / Account Manager
Tucker Door and Trim
Role Description Tucker Door is searching for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our very experienced team. The expectations for the person in this vital role would consist of, but not limited to: - Servicing existing accounts - Obtaining orders and establishing new accounts - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships - Acting as the primary communication liaison with our customer base (working with our Outside Sales team) - Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of our products offered and sold Essential duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and flexible with tasks - Prompt response to customer requests (phone, e-mail, etc.) - Manage the flow of direct or queued calls coming from customers as inquiry/resolution - Quote and enter orders efficiently and on a consistent basis - Ability to maintain good customer relationships via good verbal and written communications - Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel - Ability to multi-task and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to prioritize assigned duties - Must be a team player with the ability to help cross-functionally as needed - Precise and detail-oriented; highly organized - Work with the Outside Sales team with quotes, order resolutions, etc. - Meets and/or exceeds company goal expectations with the book of accounts to be managed Qualifications - 2+ prior years of experience in the door/window industry in the capacity of sales or comparable knowledge (preferred) - Proficient with ERP systems Requirements - High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred - Bachelor’s degree a plus Benefits - This position can be remote or hybrid depending on location of qualified candidates
