The Role: The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and performance of Wellfit’s CRM ecosystem. This role ensures our customer data is clean, reliable, and actionable while designing and maintaining automated customer journeys that support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. This position combines data quality ownership, SQL-based analysis, lifecycle automation, and AI-assisted productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable building logic-driven workflows that scale. Key Responsibilities: CRM Data Management & Governance • Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy. • Maintain customer, account, and transaction records within the CRM. • Conduct regular audits to identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies. • Develop and enforce data standards, validation rules, and quality controls. • Implement SQL-based checks to monitor anomalies and prevent data degradation. SQL & Data Analysis: • Write and maintain SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and validation. • Build reusable query libraries for recurring business needs. • Support ad-hoc analysis requests across sales, marketing, and operations. • Monitor data quality metrics and recommend process improvements. Customer Journey & Email Automation: • Design and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows. • Build conditional triggers and logic-based segmentation using CRM tools and SQL. • Configure nurture campaigns, onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and lifecycle communications. • Test and optimize journey performance to ensure timely, relevant messaging. • Partner with marketing to translate campaign strategies into scalable automation. Data Cleansing & Deduplication: • Identify and merge duplicate records using SQL and CRM-native tools. • Standardize naming conventions and field formatting. • Enrich and validate data through research and cross-referencing. • Maintain a single source of truth across CRM records. Reporting & System Monitoring: • Create dashboards and reports on data quality, journey performance, and engagement metrics. • Track completeness rates, error rates, and compliance with data standards. • Build automated alerts and scheduled validation checks. • Support data migrations, imports, and system upgrades as needed. AI-Assisted Productivity: • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate SQL development, formula creation, data transformation, and documentation. • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into ongoing data operations workflows. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Marketing, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in CRM data management, marketing operations, or similar role. • Proficiency in SQL (data extraction and manipulation). • Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query). • Experience building email automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns. • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced SQL concepts (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures). • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Knowledge of ETL processes or data pipeline concepts. • Experience with bulk imports, data migrations, or CRM implementations. • Familiarity with A/B testing and deliverability best practices. • CRM platform certifications. Role Description The primary objective of the consultancy is to update the MENA Country Factsheets to incorporate the latest available indicator values from regional and global databases including the SDGs. The consultancy will also support the preparation of regional key facts on each goal area in the new Strategic Plan and contribute to the development of plans for consolidating regional data assets between MENARO and ECARO. Data hold more potential than ever to shape children’s lives and living conditions. They are an essential public good to inform and assess the effectiveness of policy, programming and advocacy to advance the realization of children’s rights. UNICEF invests strategically to make timely and quality data on the situation of children available to policymakers, child rights advocates, development practitioners, researchers and civil society. The UNICEF Middle East and North Africa’s established the MENA Data Portal in 2022 which provides a compilation of high-quality, internationally comparable statistics reflecting the situation of children in the 20 countries of the Middle East and North Africa, including regional averages. The Data Portal comprises a Data Warehouse and set of Country Factsheets. The Data Warehouse contains time-series data for over 150 indicators, covering various child rights and well-being domains and disaggregated by sex, urban/rural residence and wealth quintiles where possible. The SDMX Data Warehouse is automatically updated with the latest available estimates from UNICEF and other UN agencies. The MENA Data Portal features Country Factsheets framed around child rights to give an overview of the most recent child-related statistics for each country. The country factsheets were last updated in late 2024 and include indicators drawn from a range of sources and narrative highlights, not all of which can currently be automated. In 2027, UNICEF’s MENA and Europe and Central Asia (ECA) regional offices will be consolidated into a new broader region covering 39 programme countries. The consultancy will also contribute to conceptualization of a plan for integrating the existing MENARO and ECARO data assets. As a Data Load & Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in the migration and implementation of an enterprise quoting solution. This role is primarily focused on the extraction, cleansing, and loading of historical pricing and subscription data into Salesforce CPQ, helping to replace a legacy quoting tool with an accurate, scalable foundation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst early in their career to gain deep exposure to CPQ systems, SaaS pricing structures, and quote-to-cash processes within a fast-growing FinTech company.
