• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and own the company’s global go-to-market and growth strategy, including long-term roadmap and resourcing decisions. • Own executive-level revenue and pipeline targets, setting strategy and accountability for demand generation outcomes across marketing channels. • Serve as the executive owner of cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, sales, and customer success, resolving priority and resourcing tradeoffs. • Design and oversee the marketing operating model, including prioritization frameworks, resourcing strategy, and performance management for the marketing function. • Set and approve external communications strategy and brand positioning, including executive-level oversight of PR, messaging, and reputation management. • Own marketing org design, hiring strategy, and budget authority, including final decision-making on spend, vendors, and ROI measurement. • Own product marketing efforts within existing customers to increase usage and create expansion opportunities • Ensure high-quality execution of PR and communications through oversight and review. • Make data-driven decisions, establish metrics approach to brand-building strategies, manage the marketing budget, and track ROI on projects
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing leadership spanning content, product marketing, brand management, and analytics on both agency and brand sides
- 5+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS
- Experience scaling marketing functions across growth stages
- Significant experience in growth marketing, specifically, including go-to-market strategies, utilization of digital and social channels to increase brand awareness, and focus on lead generation and building healthy sales pipelines
- Experience presenting strategy and performance to executive teams or boards
- Experience at a rapidly growing startup company, with “roll up your sleeves” mentality, an understanding of ambiguity, and ability to shift priorities as needed
- High attention to detail, even under urgent or high-pressure circumstances
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
