Human Resource Manager

• Lead and manage the recruitment process for the company, including creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. • Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the technology industry, with a focus on hiring with expertise in hiring developers, system administrators, client support representatives, and other necessary tech positions for each department • Handle employee concerns related to pay, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and addressing any concerns on different Holiday Pay or Overtime pay for each team • Establish and maintain company policies, ensure compliance with international labor laws in Asia and regulations for contractors and employees in the company, and provide guidance to everyone in the company on HR policies and procedures. • Assist in probationary evaluations and provide feedback to leaders on the probationary performance of their members. • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and termination procedures. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment, policies, and payroll, and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment
- Background in technology or related industry, with expertise in hiring developers, system administrators, client support representatives, and other necessary tech positions to be filled in a tech company.
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR Software
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations for contractors or employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HR software.

HR Operational Analyst – Workday HCM, Benefits & Compensation
