• Lead and manage high-impact IT projects from initiation to closure • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans • Oversee project teams, including technical staff and other contributors • Develop and execute effective strategies to engage key stakeholders • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Monitor and report on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics • Conform to and continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies • Manage project budgets

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field coupled with minimum of 8 years' experience in IT project management
  • Master's degree and 6+; Associate's degree and 10+, or equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large, cross-functional teams and driving project success.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects in one or more of the following areas; infrastructure & operations, application modernization, or cyber security.

Role Description The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading high-impact engineering and operational projects that expand manufacturing capabilities across existing and new facilities.
