Technical Project Manager
Regrello
• Partner with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with Regrello and customer engineering teams to plan and deliver a maintainable private cloud Regrello platform. • Customer Advisory: Work with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases. • Technical Expertise: Enable customer technical resources to become experts in the technical aspects of the Regrello solution. • Project Management: Act as the key point of contact to manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities. • Customer Experience: Ensure a gold-standard experience for our largest and most strategic customers. • Product Knowledge: Stay on the leading edge of Regrello’s product and technical offerings. • Implementation Improvements: Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes, and overcome roadblocks. • Feedback Management: Manage and route customer feedback and issues.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a strong focus on ERP implementations (SAP or Oracle) and large-scale enterprise system migrations to the cloud.
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Strong expertise in application release management, change control processes, and system cutovers.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex ERP related deployments, including integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of change management principles to drive user adoption, minimize disruption, and align stakeholders throughout ERP implementations.
- Skilled in client and vendor management, fostering strategic partnerships with ERP providers and third-party consultants.
- Ability to manage multiple ERP work streams concurrently in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills for creating customer-friendly presentations and executive reports.
- A customer-centric approach to solving complex business process challenges.
- Passion for learning and leveraging AI and automation to enhance operations.
