Job Description

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Digital Project Manager

RTX

• You will lead and manage digital projects that support Raytheon’s SAP S/4HANA process and systems transformation. • You will apply disciplined project management practices, technical acumen, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions. • Lead detailed planning and execution for multiple concurrent digital projects, often with interdependencies across functions or business units. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with disciplined rigor. • Maintain structured project artifacts, documentation, RAID logs, and communication plans. • Own project decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies; escalate predictably and early. • Partner closely with RTX corporate teams and Raytheon business units to ensure interim and final-state S/4HANA solutions are integrated, aligned, and delivered cohesively across the enterprise. • Proactively drive alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget across diverse stakeholders, often in ambiguous environments. • Facilitate project communication forums, including daily standups and stakeholder reviews. • Provide concise, actionable, and predictable communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leaders across Raytheon and RTX. • Develop and report meaningful delivery metrics for your project portfolio. • Ensure adherence to gated approval, quality assurance, and sign-off processes. • Build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across teams, business leaders, and third‑party partners without relying on positional authority. • Translate business processes and requirements into clear project plans and communication strategies. • Support continuous improvement to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability. • Ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with service-level expectations and business needs. • Demonstrate strong ownership and operate with minimal oversight while maintaining predictable communication and delivery discipline. • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
