Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and managing an EVSE software project
- Deep knowledge of E-mobility standards and protocols (OCPP, OCPI)
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant Technology background
- Knowledge and passion in eMobility and climate technologies
- EV Charging Protocol Specialist/Trainer for both Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and OCPI
- Core Competences: OCPP, OCPI, Java, Embedded Software, C/C++, Wireless Networks, Low Power Wireless, Bluetooth
- Well versed with Protocols: OCPP, OCPI, V2X, OICP, OSCP, XML, JSON, REST, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Z-Wave, TCP/IP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XSLT, WSDL
- Senior Backend Developer with knowledge of Nodejs, Go, Python Django

About the Position · We are seeking a GTM Engineer to help shape and execute intelligent go-to-market workflows across Marketing and Sales. This role sits within the GTM team and works closely with Sales, Marketing and IT Systems to design, build, and scale automation and AI-powered processes across the GTM ecosystem to improve efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. As a GTM Engineer, you will build and optimize systems that enhance sales, customer success and marketing operations, focusing on automating workflows and improving the productivity of revenue teams This individual will partner with GTM leadership to translate strategy into practical, scalable systems, owning and deploying workflows, optimized processes, and automation in collaboration with Sales Systems and IT. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the buying lifecycle and go-to-market processes, automation and integration experience, technical fluency, and comfort working in development, test and production environments while balancing speed, impactful outcomes, robust governance, and cross-functional partnership with all stakeholders.
