Roles and Responsibilities - Installation of BG technology at customer sites - Work closely with field engineers and work to resolve deployment issues - Assemble mechanical components for installation on site - Validate workmanship of vendors installation – Critical eye - Identify, report, and track defects - Receive, manage, and control materials on site - Ensure compliance to building codes by all federal, state, and/or local regulations Experience and Education Required: - BS or AS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Trade School Certification, or equivalent work experience - 0-2 years field experience working on large scale projects Qualifications and Skills Required: - Some working knowledge and application of equipment reliability principles - Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components during installations - Experience with all common hand and power tools - Ability to read and update CAD drawings or other engineering diagrams - Strong sense of urgency - Ability to communicate effectively with customers daily - General electrical knowledge Travel: Will travel be required? • Teach undergraduate Mechanical or Civil Engineering Technology courses • Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction aligned with industry practices • Support student learning in a fast-paced, 5-week course format • Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students • Troubleshoot basic technical/software issues for students as needed • Participate in scheduled live sessions and office hours (online faculty)

• Lead Mechanical Engineering Design Activities, independently performing advanced engineering work • Perform advanced mechanical design tasks and computational analysis for complex projects, components and systems • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to prepare drawings and visual aids • Develop proposals including project scope, schedule and budget • Perform QAQC peer reviews for projects • Survey existing building conditions and prepares technical reports of findings • Prepare project design, specification and construction documents • Serve as primary client contact for one or more clients • Mentor associates and assist with training and development • Identify opportunities and lead the strategic use of technology to enhance efficiency through workflow automation
