Junior Installation Engineer - Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities - Installation of BG technology at customer sites - Work closely with field engineers and work to resolve deployment issues - Assemble mechanical components for installation on site - Validate workmanship of vendors installation – Critical eye - Identify, report, and track defects - Receive, manage, and control materials on site - Ensure compliance to building codes by all federal, state, and/or local regulations Experience and Education Required: - BS or AS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Trade School Certification, or equivalent work experience - 0-2 years field experience working on large scale projects Qualifications and Skills Required: - Some working knowledge and application of equipment reliability principles - Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components during installations - Experience with all common hand and power tools - Ability to read and update CAD drawings or other engineering diagrams - Strong sense of urgency - Ability to communicate effectively with customers daily - General electrical knowledge Travel: Will travel be required?
