Principal Modeling and Simulation Engineer

• Architect, design, and develop scalable simulation software systems for robotic and automation solutions. • Lead the development and integration of sim environments using tools such as Emulate3D / Sim3D. • Design and implement simulation frameworks, APIs, and services that integrate with production robotic software systems. • Apply MBSE principles to define system behavior, interfaces, and performance characteristics within simulation environments. • Build high-performance, reliable software for system-level modeling, validation, and optimization. • Collaborate closely with robotics, perception, controls, and applications teams to ensure alignment between simulation and real-world system behavior. • Develop tools and infrastructure for testing, debugging, and validating robotic systems in simulation. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, establishing best practices in simulation and software engineering. • Influence engineering strategy and roadmap for modeling, simulation, and system architecture. • Analyze system performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies through simulation-driven insights. • Communicate technical direction, progress, and tradeoffs to stakeholders across engineering and product teams.
Junior Installation Engineer - Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities - Installation of BG technology at customer sites - Work closely with field engineers and work to resolve deployment issues - Assemble mechanical components for installation on site - Validate workmanship of vendors installation – Critical eye - Identify, report, and track defects - Receive, manage, and control materials on site - Ensure compliance to building codes by all federal, state, and/or local regulations Experience and Education Required: - BS or AS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Trade School Certification, or equivalent work experience - 0-2 years field experience working on large scale projects Qualifications and Skills Required: - Some working knowledge and application of equipment reliability principles - Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components during installations - Experience with all common hand and power tools - Ability to read and update CAD drawings or other engineering diagrams - Strong sense of urgency - Ability to communicate effectively with customers daily - General electrical knowledge Travel: Will travel be required? • Define and execute Berkshire Grey’s Partner Success strategy aligned with company growth objectives. • Serve as the leader of strategic partner relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for senior partner stakeholders. • Build, lead, and mentor a small Partner Success team responsible for day-to-day partner engagement, enablement, and execution. • Establish clear partner segmentation, engagement models, and governance frameworks. • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth across Retail, eCommerce, Parcel, 3PL, Healthcare, and adjacent verticals. • Work directly with partner sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue joint opportunities. • Ensure effective opportunity handoff between partners and Berkshire Grey Sales and Solutions teams. • Support complex, enterprise-scale sales cycles involving robotic sortation and automation solutions. • Collaborate closely with partner solution architects and engineering teams during early-stage design and concept development. • Assess solution fit, architecture alignment, and commercial viability of joint opportunities. • Provide deep subject-matter expertise in warehouse automation, sortation systems, and integrated robotics solutions. • Maintain a strong pulse on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer requirements. • Develop and oversee partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement programs. • Ensure partners are equipped with the tools, messaging, and technical knowledge required to successfully position Berkshire Grey solutions. • Define, track, and report on partner KPIs including pipeline, bookings, win rates, and customer outcomes. • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders. • Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring feedback informs product roadmap, solutions development, and GTM strategy. • Collaborate with Marketing to support partner-focused messaging, events, and joint marketing initiatives. • Represent Berkshire Grey at industry events, conferences, and executive partner meetings.
