We believe that people will always be at the center of high-stakes conversations, and our mission is to ensure they enter those conversations with confidence and deliver an exceptional experience every time. Our platform combines hyper-realistic AI-powered training simulations with intelligent QA to support frontline teams in mission-critical conversations. About this role We're hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own our demand generation engine: paid, organic, and outbound. You will drive measurable pipeline as our primary north star and be held to pipeline outcomes, not activity metrics. This is a true senior IC role. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, work closely with sales, and manage a set of external agencies and vendors. You'll have ownership, budget, and the latitude to build and test. This is a role for someone who thrives with accountability, moves fast, and builds trust through results. What you’ll do - Own and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns end-to-end - Manage day-to-day campaign operations: targeting, creative testing, bidding, budget pacing - Manage our LinkedIn agency relationship; evaluate performance and evolve the partnership as needed - Execute against our SEO roadmap — content briefs, on-page optimization, reporting - Own keyword strategy, search console monitoring, and rank tracking via Ahrefs - Partner with our freelance writer and website agency (Together Agency) to ship content and landing pages on a regular cadence - Build and optimize outbound sequences and nurture programs in HubSpot - Use Clay for prospecting, enrichment, and personalization at scale - RevOps alignment, attribution, and funnel integrity - Help build our ABM motion from the ground up: target account selection, tiered engagement, and coordinating with sales on account-level signals - Build and maintain pipeline reporting dashboards that connect marketing activity to revenue - Run weekly tests: landing pages, ad creative, email subject lines, CTAs - Own GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot reporting; synthesize into clear weekly signals - Manage day-to-day relationships with paid media, SEO, web, and HubSpot vendors - Hold vendors accountable to pipeline metrics, not just deliverables Requirements for a great fit - 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years owning demand generation directly - Demonstrated track record of building pipeline, not just generating MQLs - Experience running paid media autonomously, not just managing an agency - Hands-on experience with outbound tools, email sequencing, and HubSpot - Familiarity with ABM principles and account-based tactics. - Fast executor who ships and iterates. You don't wait for perfect - Comfortable in ambiguity; you build structure where it's needed without asking for it - Sharp analytical thinker who can translate data into clear decisions - Confident managing vendors without micromanaging - Collaborative but opinionated: you have a point of view and defend it - Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Clay, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Claude, Zapier a plus - AI Fluency (Required) You must be actively using AI in your day-to-day marketing workflows — not experimenting casually, but embedding it into how you write, research, analyze, and operate. In your application or interview, we'll ask you to walk us through specific examples of how AI has changed how you work. What we offer - Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves - Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind - Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States - Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
