Senior Product Manager
ReflexAIHelping emergency response, crisis intervention & healthcare organizations develop their teams and assure quality.
Role Description As a Senior Product Manager at Reflex AI, you will play a key role in shaping the products that power the next phase of growth for the company. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout. If you're excited to have a lot of ownership while remaining in the details day to day, this might be a great fit for you. - Be responsible for every aspect of our products, from concept to go-to-market and post launch. - Understand markets, competition, and user needs and translate those into insights about what problems we should be solving and why. - Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and beyond and work with engineering, AI/ML, and design partners to craft and deliver products that solve customer problems and delight users. - Prioritize ruthlessly by understanding and communicating the costs and benefits of each choice. - Deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion. Qualifications - You have at least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products and/or taken those same sensibilities to build B2B software that users love and can’t imagine living without. - You have built and launched AI-powered products (if not in your day job, as a side project, you’ve built something functional to solve a problem you’ve encountered). - You love to go deep with users and customers to truly understand their needs and motivations, spoken and unspoken – and you can turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans. - You’re a strategic and principled thinker who knows when to leverage data to inform decisions and when to follow your instincts about the best way to solve a problem. - You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike. - You are relentlessly curious — you love to untangle knotty problems, learn new businesses, and play with new technology to see how it works. - You have an ownership mentality — you run towards fires, roll up your sleeves to pitch in where it’s needed, and leave the products and teams you touch better than you found them. - You communicate with empathy, rigor, and precision. - You’re extremely kind and extremely competitive — you’re ambitious and love to win, but you know that doesn’t matter if you’re not first and foremost a good person to those around you. - You’re excited about how AI can help people lean into their humanity. Benefits - Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people to be the best versions of themselves. - Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind. - Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. - Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies.
Principal Product Designer
ReflexAIHelping emergency response, crisis intervention & healthcare organizations develop their teams and assure quality.
Role Description As Principal Product Designer, you'll be embedded with a product pod as a hands-on IC, owning design execution on complex and ambiguous challenges. You'll be a craft anchor and vision-holder for the team, raising the bar on how we design, how we think about design, and what we're capable of building. This is a role for a great designer who is also a great leader. This isn't a role for someone who needs structure handed to them. It's for someone who creates it. What you’ll do - Help define the vision for where our product is going, not just refine where it is — and bring the team along with you - Own the design direction for your pod, end-to-end — from early exploration through implementation and post-launch iteration - Partner deeply with PM and engineering to shape product direction, not just execute on it - Raise the craft bar across the design team through mentorship, critique, principled feedback, and modeling what great looks like - Navigate complex, ambiguous problems and bring clarity where there isn't any - Help build the design culture, systems, and standards that will support a growing team Qualifications - You are a master of your craft — you have strong convictions about what good design looks like, the taste to back them up, and the ability to articulate them persuasively to others - You think in systems and vision: you can hold the big picture and the pixel simultaneously, and you're energized by imagining what a product could become — not just refining what it already is - Whether you've worked on consumer products or B2B, you design with the fluency and care of the best consumer apps. You've designed products that people love and use because they want to, not because they're required to. - You're a strong player/coach: You want to be deeply hands-on as an IC — full ownership, getting your hands dirty — and you naturally make the designers around you better in the process. You're a natural leader, whether or not you're managing a team. - You thrive in ambiguity — you don't wait for problems to get clear before you start making them clearer - You're motivated by impact and velocity: you move fast, push for quality, and get restless when momentum slows down for the wrong reasons - You can't stop thinking about what would make the product better — in the shower, on a walk, first thing in the morning — and you can't wait to get to your desk to try something - You communicate your design decisions with clarity and conviction, and you know how to bring stakeholders along without losing your POV - You have a clear sense of what AI actually makes possible in products — not just as a feature layer, but as a shift in what experiences can exist — and that perspective shapes how you think about what to build - You experiment actively with AI-powered tools and workflows in your own design practice. Not because someone put it on a list — because you can't help yourself. Benefits - Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves - Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind - Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States - Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
