This program runs from May 18 - Aug 6 What you will contribute: - Collaborate with third‑party vendors to support the integration of their products with Veradigm solutions, helping equip thousands of healthcare providers and improve outcomes for millions of patients - Manage program inboxes by responding to business and marketing inquiries from current and prospective customers - Contribute to the Veradigm Developer Portal by recommending and documenting UI and workflow enhancements, performing QA testing on new features, and assisting portal users with questions or issues - Maintain program including the Veradigm App Expo by updating existing content and creating new materials that highlight integrations and drive internal and external engagement - Conduct market research to identify high‑potential or emerging healthcare IT solutions and engage with these organizations to join Veradigm Connect - Support and host program webinars while collaborating with team members to enhance educational content that accelerates partner success - Develop quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that showcase partner performance, analyze metrics, and identify trends and opportunities for strategic growth - Assist in shaping social media strategy by increasing content output, audience engagement, and follower growth The ideal candidate will: - Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business or health information management, or related discipline - Have a 3.5+ GPA (preferred) - Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Have strong work ethic and attention to detail - Have experience working in a healthcare organization or technology company (preferred) and a passion for supporting innovation in healthcare Compensation Range: $20-$30 Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
