Your Role Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policies and procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis or as needed. Perform transactional activities related to accounting, reconciliation, and general ledger closing in accordance with the company's accounting standards, service levels, policies, procedures, and controls. Responsibilities - Prepare profit and loss accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis. - Responsible for the preparation of balance sheet and journal book reconciliations. - Adhere to the company's service levels, internal controls, policies, and procedures. - Prepare and consolidate month-end and year-end financial reports in a timely manner. - Identify repetitive problems or risks and propose opportunities for improvement for greater efficiency. - Resolve any identified operational issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary. - Carry out transactional activities that allow accounting and financial activities. - Update and maintain the accounting journals of the general ledger. - Support monthly and annual closing processes. - Reconcile accounts to the general ledger to ensure all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards and make changes where necessary when errors are found. - Prepare analytical reports and/or accounting schedules. - Comply with agreed-upon service levels, company policies and procedures. - Identify repetitive problems or risks and propose opportunities for improvement. CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory Analyst to join our team. The Epic Healthy Planet & Ambulatory Analyst will provide application support, optimization, and maintenance for two key Epic modules: Healthy Planet (population health) and EpicCare Ambulatory (clinical outpatient workflows). This role is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance, supporting end‑users, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with operational leaders to enhance workflows. The analyst splits their time between both applications, balancing day‑to‑day support with ongoing improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Troubleshooting - Provide daily tier‑2/3 support for Healthy Planet and Ambulatory end‑users, including clinicians, care managers, and operational staff. - Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and break/fix issues. - Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues. - Collaborate with Epic TS, internal teams, and technical resources when escalation is required. Build, Configuration & Maintenance - Maintain and optimize build within Healthy Planet (registries, care gaps, attribution logic, quality measures, dashboards). - Support Ambulatory workflows including visit documentation, orders, SmartTools, clinical decision support, and provider personalization. - Perform system updates, regression testing, and release management activities. - Ensure build follows organizational standards, governance processes, and Epic best practices. Workflow Optimization & Operational Partnership - Work closely with clinical and population health stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system enhancements. - Conduct workflow assessments and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction. - Support quality reporting, care management programs, and value‑based care initiatives through Healthy Planet tools. - Assist with training content, tip sheets, and communication for new features or workflow changes. Project Support - Participate in small to medium‑sized projects, including new program rollouts, optimization initiatives, and system upgrades. - Contribute to requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, and go‑live support. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Reporting, Integration, Security, and Training. • The Business Analyst, Payments is a critical member of the Payments Solutions team responsible for translating complex payment operations needs into clear, actionable technical and process requirements. • This role will focus on accelerating data automations into QuickCap and the Corporate Cash Flow (CCF) / payments data stack, and eliminating manual handoffs between Payments, Finance, and Enterprise Applications. • Additionally, this role will be a key contributor in a separate initiative to select and implement a second payment solution for non-claims-based payments. • Working closely with the Senior Director, Payments Solutions, Corporate Systems (e.g., QuickCap, NetSuite), and Finance partners, the Business Analyst will design and document end‑to‑end workflows, support data mapping and reconciliation requirements, and contribute to the delivery of scalable payment capabilities for over 20 different payment types that will help Aledade grow to $2B+ in annual practice payments over the next 2–3 years.
