Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, ICT or a related technical field (A Master’s degree will be considered a plus).
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/software specifications. Strong system configuration skills, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
  • Advanced experience producing comprehensive BRDs, FRSs, process flows, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, able to train users, facilitate workshops, and guide clients through system adoption.
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent command of French language will be considered a plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel (max 30% annually under normal conditions)
