You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing high-level implementation guidance and technical configuration support. Your goal is to ensure that HR, payroll, and IT processes are perfectly aligned and optimized within the new system. This is a flexible, project-based role where you will bill for actual hours worked each month as you support the engagement on an as-needed basis. 🧩 What you will do In this role, you will: - Lead Configuration: Provide expert guidance on the setup and technical configuration of the Paylocity platform. - Strategic Advisory: Advise on HRIS best practices, system design, and process alignment to ensure the platform meets specific business needs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with EVOCS consultants, project managers, and client teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to drive implementation activities. - Validation & Testing: Assist with critical configuration decisions, system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting. - Data & Integration: Provide guidance on data structures, workflows, and reporting. You will also help bridge system gaps by supporting the setup of key integrations. - Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to documentation and training to ensure long-term system self-sufficiency for the client. 🧠 What you will bring The top candidate will have the following skills: - Deep experience as either a Paylocity Implementation Consultant or a hands-on System Administrator. - Advanced experience participating in one or more full-cycle HRIS implementations. - A strong understanding of HR processes, payroll workflows, and system deployment lifecycles. - The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide practical, scalable system recommendations. - Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions. Job Summary The Senior Clinical Implementation Educator is responsible for leading the successful adoption and integration of Fresenius Kabi’s IV Therapy solutions at healthcare facilities. This role drives clinical excellence through comprehensive education, hands-on implementation support, and ongoing partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Senior Clinical Implementation Educator ensures optimal product utilization, customer satisfaction, and contributes to the continuous improvement of clinical workflows and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will live near a major airport. Travel will be up to 75%. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary.
