Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and creative Change, Communications & Support Specialist to support a business transformation initiative. This individual will play a key role in developing change communications, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, maintaining project collaboration sites, and supporting change management activities. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and design skills with an understanding of organizational change management principles. What you will do - Change Communications - Develop and write clear, engaging communications for multiple stakeholder audiences. - Create presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, FAQs, talking points, and other communication content. - Develop and maintain a communications calendar aligned with project milestones and reporting. - Ensure messaging is consistent with project objectives and organizational branding. - Presentation & Visual Design - Design professional PowerPoint presentations for executive, leadership, and end-user audiences. - Create visually appealing communication collateral including: - One-page summaries - Infographics - Quick reference guides - Posters and digital assets - Workshop materials - Workshop & Event Coordination - Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions. - Manage invitations, logistics, meeting materials, and follow-up communications. - Support workshop facilitation activities and document outcomes and action items. - SharePoint Administration - Design, organize, and maintain the project SharePoint site. - Develop an intuitive document repository and knowledge management structure. - Ensure project documentation remains current and accessible. - Manage permissions, page updates, navigation, and content governance. - Stakeholder Management Support - Develop and maintain stakeholder registers and stakeholder heat maps. - Track stakeholder engagement activities and communication touchpoints. - Support stakeholder impact assessments and engagement planning. - Monitor stakeholder feedback and recommend communication actions. - Change Management Support - Apply basic ADKAR change management principles to support change planning and execution. - Assist with change impact assessments, readiness activities, and adoption planning. - Support creation of change management deliverables including: - Change plans - Readiness assessments - Adoption metrics - Training communications Qualifications - 3–5+ years supporting organizational change, communications, or project management initiatives. - Exceptional written communication and editing skills. - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong visual presentation design capabilities. - Experience designing communication collateral using Microsoft Office and/or design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). - Strong SharePoint site design, administration, and content management experience. - Experience coordinating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. - Understanding of stakeholder mapping, stakeholder heat maps, and engagement planning. - Working knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or similar organizational change management methodologies. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. Role Description As a Senior Data Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers analytics solutions across a variety of enterprise client environments. This role combines modern data engineering practices with strong database and data quality fundamentals. - Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. - Design robust data models. - Integrate data from diverse platforms. - Ensure reliable, well-documented data foundations. - Work primarily within Microsoft Fabric environments. - Collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and client stakeholders.
