The PM / Scrum Master leads delivery across a portfolio of active projects by combining agile team facilitation with structured project management. This role supports prioritization, removes blockers, and promotes effective execution within a hybrid agile–waterfall model and portfolio governance. They will maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts in Planisware, coordinate cross team dependencies, and provide clear reporting on status, risks, and resource impacts to leadership. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Facilitate agile ceremonies, support prioritization, and remove blockers to enable effective team execution - Balance agile practices with waterfall-driven planning, scope management, and budgeting requirements - Manage day‑to‑day work tracking in Polarion and support potential transitions to Jira - Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations using Planisware and PTTS - Track and report project status, risks, dependencies, and resource impacts while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and other PMs Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree - Experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master working within a matrixed, portfolio‑based organization and in hybrid agile/waterfall delivery environments - Hands‑on proficiency with Polarion and/or Jira for work and task management - Familiarity with Planisware or similar portfolio, financial, and resource management tools - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities - Fluent in English is fundamental Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
