• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company. • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates. • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries via calls, emails, and chats. • Demonstrate knowledge and experience to handle a high volume of internal and external customer inquiries, including escalations. • Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively. • Initiate, execute, communicate, and document projects as needed. • Act as a liaison to other departments, ensuring follow-up to meet customer needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. • Collaborate with other areas to identify, analyze, and improve processes. • Track relevant information and data into appropriate databases for reference and analysis.
• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. • Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns. • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals. • Maintain accurate project documentation and records. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
