• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. • Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns. • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals. • Maintain accurate project documentation and records. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high-level client-facing and internal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail.
