• Manage end-to-end execution of creative and production projects—from kickoff to delivery. • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams. • Ensure all moving parts align to meet client goals and internal standards. • Coordinate between creative, media, production, and strategy departments. • Keep communication flowing, blockers cleared, and priorities aligned. • Build, track, and manage detailed project schedules. • Hold teams accountable to deadlines without compromising creative quality. • Support Account Executives and Production Leads in updating clients on progress. • Identify bottlenecks, implement tools, and streamline cross-departmental systems.

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of project management or production coordination experience (agency or creative environment preferred).
  • Obsessed with timelines, details, and smooth execution.
  • Skilled in building repeatable systems that scale.
  • Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Clear, concise, and confident when presenting updates or solving problems.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and manage competing priorities gracefully.
  • Known for your ability to keep projects moving, even when things get chaotic.
  • Quick thinker who thrives on finding creative solutions to logistical challenges.
  • Energized by innovation, iteration, and scaling up.
