Federal Technical Project Manager
Metsi Technologies
• Provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. • Deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements. • Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift). • Design automated CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows (Argo CD). • Develop infrastructure with Terraform/Helm/Kustomize and automate tasks using scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash). • Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for platform observability. • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Mentor junior engineers and lead platform initiatives with a strong ownership mindset. • Travel up to 20% of the time, as required, to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites or data centers.
Job Requirements
- Strong Kubernetes, containerization, networking, and Linux expertise.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, IaC, and automation.
- Knowledge of security best practices and cluster hardening.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and service mesh concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
- Proactive ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- 15 to 20 years of related experience.
- Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies in US Govt Environments.
- A current (active or good standing within 2 years) US Govt security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
- A current Counterintelligence polygraph or willingness to sit for the examination within 6 months of employment.
