Product Development Intern, Summer 2026
Nextech Systems
• Support product release management activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness across cross-functional teams. • Assist with product delivery execution by coordinating timelines, program plans, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Operations. • Contribute to early adopter and pilot programs, including intake tracking, feedback synthesis, and reporting insights to stakeholders. • Partner with the Chief of Staff on product operations initiatives such as process improvement, cadence management, and operational reporting. • Prepare materials for product reviews, leadership updates, and roadmap discussions. • Maintain product documentation, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making. • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in product development, program management, and technology organizations.
- Previous internship or project experience in program management, product management, or operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with agile or product development lifecycles (preferred).
- Experience preparing materials for leadership audiences (preferred).
- Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach (preferred).
