Program Manager – Program Operations

• Own the operational execution of the design program. • Plan and facilitate design critique sessions, including preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. • Track decisions and ensure action items are completed. • Maintain program documentation, schedules, and operational artifacts. • Coordinate with stakeholders. • Coordinate collaboration between design, engineering, and external design agencies. • Drive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment. • Prepare and present program updates and session materials. • Maintain structured workflows for critique sessions and program activities. • Support operational tasks connected to engineering or delivery when needed. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ Years of experience working in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations roles
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder sessions
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ownership mindset
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role

Collaborate closely with the Global Account Lead to grow and build a strong partnership for life. - Serve as the principal customer liaison and executive point of contact, build robust, trustful relationships based upon transparent communication, establishing governance and aligning outcomes to client objectives. Minimum Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field is required. - 15+ years total professional experience, including 10+ years leading complex global programs/portfolios - 8y+ experience in CDMO or pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for biologics manufacturing and/or advanced therapy - Proven experience of working with complex, global clients - Demonstrated success in program management at global level - Experience in coaching and leading global, virtual teams - Strong financial acumen (budgeting, margin management, risk/opportunity analysis); adept at contract/change management and scenario planning Preferred Requirements: - Master’s degree in life science is preferred. - PgMP or PMP certification. - Experience building global program governance frameworks and standard work. - Familiarity with biologics manufacturing modalities (e.g., mAbs, viral vectors, cell therapies) and tech transfer in GMP environments.
