• Provides guidance, expertise, and support to Engage fi (EFI) clients and consultants by overseeing the strategy and completion of assigned client interrelated projects • Manages program workstreams to ensure timely and effective completion of interconnected project activities • Communicates program and individual project progress to client and internal resources • Evaluates all proposed modifications to program and project scope and influences stakeholders to control changes • Assists with the ongoing development and enhancement of EFI best practices, project tools, and overall process improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of related project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry with project/program management proficiency preferably related to vendor and system evaluations and selection
- Experience in working with solutions involving enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities
- Project Management Professional Certification preferred
- Technical knowledge - Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to learn other software programs.
