Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to join our growing Human Resources Team. This individual will report into our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and support our full-cycle recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent through every stage of our hiring process. Role Type: Full-Time Location: Remote from India Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time Base Salary: $10,400 – $13,000 USD per year Responsibilities: - ​​​Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to attract top talent - Review applications and resumes to identify candidates whose knowledge, skills, and abilities best align with each role - Conduct Zoom interviews and complete detailed, thoughtful interview scorecards and evaluations - Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, organized experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers - Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments, as well as background checks, to support hiring decisions - Keep the hiring team informed and aligned through clear, timely internal communication - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care, including performance insights, offers, negotiations, and disqualifications - Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records and track key recruiting metrics - Represent our company and promote our culture at hiring events, university career fairs, and other recruitment events - Stay informed on recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and market insights to help us remain competitive - Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with additional recruitment tasks and special projects as needed Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment - High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English, including interviewing, meeting facilitation, reference checks, and offers via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone - Proven experience in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, IT, or similar roles) - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools - Excellent organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven recruiting environment with high attention to detail - A positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude and a dedication to continuous learning - Proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Why work with us:  - We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
